What: An 18-Hole tournament focusing on fellowship in a relaxed atmosphere.The event raises money for the DVGC Legacy Fund: Click here to learn more about the DVGC Legacy Fund. In our 18 year history we have provided over $85,000 in financial contributions to the Maury Clancy Indian Campership Fund and support the Endowment of the Order of the Arrow and other Scouting Scholarship funds. This is a casual golf outing – although a shirt with a collar is required please, no scouting uniforms.
OA Shootin' -- a Sporting Clay shotgun range event on Sunday morning limited to the first 32 people who register. Cost is $125 and up (depending on your Sponsorship level) and includes ~100 ammo rounds, shotgun, supplies, and contribution to the DVGC Legacy Fund. Format will be 4-person teams, each with at least one experienced Marksman. Hosted by Larry Abbott, former Grand Canyon Council CEO/Scout Executive.

When: Golf: Saturday, January 30, 2021.The tournament tees off at 11:00am.All participants must arrive no later than 9:45am for tournament registration. Boxed lunches will be provided before the event. Sporting Clay: Sunday, January 31, 2021, with required safety briefing at 9:00am.
Who: Participation is open to anyone and you are encouraged to bring a non-scouting friend. Scouting membership is not required. All proceeds from this tournament are donated in support of Scouting Legacy Programs as administered through the Order of the Arrow. Click here to learn more about the DVGC Legacy Fund.
Cost: For the 2021 tournament the individual registration fee is $150.00 per player - an individual registration fee includes: 18-holes of golf, cart fee, practice balls for warm-up, player gift, tournament awards, and lunch.
The $150 registration only covers event operating expenses. The majority of the DVGC tournament proceeds are raised through upper level registrations, Hole Sponsorships, general donations and the sale of mulligans, paint sticks and raffle tickets. We welcome and appreciate your participation at any level, however if you are able please consider entering at a higher sponsorship level and purchasing mulligans, paint sticks or raffle tickets.
Double Vigil Level Sponsor - $800: Entrance for a team of four, plus a Hole Sponsorship.
Vigil Level Sponsor - $400: Entrance for two players plus a Hole Sponsorship
Brotherhood Level Sponsor - $200: Entrance for one player plus a Hole Sponsorship
Ordeal Level Sponsor - $150: Entrance for one player
Mulligans: Essentially they are do-overs, each member of a team has the opportunity to purchase two mulligans for ten-dollars; they can be used at anytime to repeat any shot.
Paint Sticks: Each member of the team has the opportunity to purchase a paint-stick for ten-dollars; each paint stick can be used once during the round to improve the lie of the ball by the length of the paint stick even if it places the ball in the hole.
Raffle Tickets: A raffle will be held after the conclusion of golfing.
